Money Money Money

So yesterday was a really busy but awesome day! I got up and took the 11am bus to downtown, then hopped a bus to the Plaza District.

The plaza district is a really beautiful area that is filled with pretty much any shop you could imagine. They are all outdoors lined on streets with fountains and greenery and the buildings look very old-world and european. Again it's just a really nice area of the city.

You can't really see it but off to the right is a park and there were cheerleaders handing out fliers alongside...Buddhist monks? All of us on the bus were confused.

The water was pink! I don't know why though.

After spending hours of shopping there and buying a few things, I walked over to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. The museum is beautiful and it had a ton of great artwork inside. I took a lot of pictures, so many that I'll dedicate a separate post for them.

After the museum I took the bus back up to downtown, played a show, and then headed back home with all my finds from the day. Here is what I got:

Pants and socks from Urban Outfitters, and my first pair of Toms! I also got a book to read for the upcoming train run to Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This morning I got my Pottermore email! So the post about the museum is going to have to wait haha I have the world of Harry Potter to explore!
