So it's been a while since I updated because it's been pretty busy between opening in Tampa last week and then going to Islands of Advenutre (WOOHOO!) this past Tuesday. So let's start with Tampa!
We opened last Wednesday in Tampa to a sold-out audience, and the show went really well! Earlier that day I met my second cousins Mike and Pat at a Lornhorn Steakhouse and it was so nice finally getting to meet them and chat with them. I hope I get to see them again sometime soon with the whole family. After opening night there was a company cast party at the building with food and drinks and a dance floor (whee!). It was a lot of fun, and they even had this amazing cake!
Dragons!
While in Tampa I went to the Tampa History Center, which was right across the street from the arena. They had a special display of costumes from a variety of movies on the top floor, and it was a neat exhibit. Also attached to the Center was a place called the Columbia Cafe. It had an outdoor patio, and really delicious food for a reasonable price. Their 1901 salad and cuban sandwich were both DELICIOUS:
Luke Skywalker's fake hand and light saber
The Joker
Darth Vadar
The Wicked Witch of the West's hat
Indiana Jones
Ghostbusters!
Batman
Robin
There was a tiny little gecko in the corner of our dressing room. No idea how it got there haha

After the show on Sunday I helped with the elephant walk and then we headed to Orlando! Since I have so many pictures from Universal, I'm going to include them in a separate post :)
